Program & Member Services Lead

Do you consider yourself creative and innovative? The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce is looking for a vibrant individual to drive member retention and attraction through delivery of valued quality programs. Under the direction of the Member Services Manager, the Program and Member Services Lead serves the needs of members by maintaining the Chambers database (CRM) while organizing the Chamber’s programs and events. 

Minimum requirements for this position are: 

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, event management, plus a minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • High levels of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience utilizing a database management system (CRM).
  • Previous experience in program development, delivery, assessment.
  • Professional and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to plan and coordinate multiple projects in a deadline-driven team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Understanding of branding and consistency of message.

Membership Development Specialist

The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly motivated sales executive who will bring their strong sales and business development skills to an energetic team that is focused on continuously creating value for our members and the community.
