MIKE DAIGLE| MNP LLP
What is your position / title and company, and what do you do there?
I’m a Chartered Professional Accountant and business advisor at MNP one of the largest accounting and business advisory firms in the Okanagan. I have the privilege of working with an incredible team of advisors who provide private enterprise business owners in multiple industries with meaningful, reliable financial information and advise to strengthen performance and achieve key objectives.
How long have you been in the Okanagan? If you aren’t originally from the valley, what led you to call the Okanagan ‘home’?
I moved to Kelowna when I was 13 and grew up here. My wife and I departed to the lower mainland for a few years which quickly made us realize the Okanagan was home. We have been back for 6 year now.
What do you enjoy most about your role with the Kelowna Chamber?
The people I get to work with and the opportunity we have to have to make a positive impact in Kelowna. The staff and board have a passion to see the Kelowna Chamber continue to be an organization that has a meaningful impact for businesses in Kelowna.
What are you looking forward to / planning for the future?
I’m looking forward to the day we talk about COVID-19 as a historic time that had a significant impact on society, but that brought people and communities closer together and made us stronger.
