This week we got to know Ed Machart from Supplement World. Locally owned and operated, Supplement World offers competitively priced supplements to Kelowna, alongside the best customer service and advice in the industry. Ed and his team take the time to learn about each customer's health/fitness goals and design an intelligent supplementation program that is customized for their lifestyle to help maximize results and keep everyone healthy.
As a new member, recently joining us in December, we're excited to share more about Ed and his team within our community.
What is something you wish you knew when you first began?
We wish we would have known how positively the community would have responded to our opening. Moving provinces and opening a new business there was a lot of uncertainty and knowing how welcoming the Kelowna community was would have alleviated a lot of that stress.
What is something people might not know about your business?
One thing that people may not know about Supplement World is we are totally family owned and operated, as well as active members of the community. When you come visit our store you are likely to run into brothers Tyler and Adam, and possibly even their dad Ed. In addition, our knowledge does come from a muscle building and performance background but we can cater to a much wider range of customers.
What are you looking forward to/planning for the future?
We are very excited to expand our reach in the community and become more and more involved in some local charity organizations, community events and also getting to know more of the individuals that make up this great city. We are planning to immerse ourselves in every part of active life in Kelowna and the Okanagan area as a whole.
